The weather provided great ice for curling on the outdoor pond at Kinross today. Unfortunately it was not possible to arrange the annual Dunfermline friendly at short notice, but a range of curlers from various clubs joined us today for some friendly competition on the two sheets. Big backswings and kiggle kaggle were in evidence throughout the day, before culminating in a game of short curling with the future generation of curlers who came along to watch. A great day was had by all. Thanks to Dougie for preparing the ice.
