The Montgomery Trophy and Fulton Quaich were both decided last night after very tight finals. In the Montgomery, Sandy Nelson Mike Spain Denis Sweeney and Tom Graham came through 9 -7 after going into the last end peeled at 7-7. The Fulton finished 6-6 but a countback on ends gave victory to Shane Johnston (subbed in the final by Scott Gormley) Ally Simms Jamie Montgomery and Craig Purvis.
